Neil Grant has over 20 years’ experience as an International Executive Consultant in Leadership and Organizational Development. He has partnered with senior business and HR leaders as a change leader; developing leaders, teams, and personal capability as major levers of business strategy and performance.
Neil’s areas of expertise include accelerating organization performance and change, designing and delivering senior leadership development programs, program managing large-scale development interventions, creating integrated talent management strategies, designing learning architecture and curricula, and providing executive coaching.
Neil’s clients include Grant Thornton, First Student, Cable & Wireless Corporation, AbbVie, Microsoft, Abbott Labs, Johnson & Johnson, Spectra Energy, American Hospital Association, Accenture, Lucent Technologies, Unilever, BAE Systems, British Gas, Marconi, BG Group, Serco, Shanks Waste Management, AEGON Asset Management, and AXA Financial Services.
In addition to his work as a consultant, Neil has frequently been asked to act as an interim executive in the temporary role of Director of Leadership and Learning for several organizations. This has meant that he has been embedded in some organizations for up to two years, designing future-focused strategies and turning around the performance of the function.
Neil has a Master’s degree in Leadership Development, is a Chartered Graduate Member of the Institute of Personnel & Development, and has a Post-Graduate Diploma in Coaching & Mentoring Practice. He is also certified in a number of profiling and assessment tools. A native of the UK, Neil now lives in the Chicago area with his wife.
