STRATEGY

We work with you to define a leadership development strategy that has explicit links to the strategy and culture of the organization. This might include leadership turns, critical pipelines, and objectives for all levels of leadership, as well as integration with the talent management process. Defining objectives, measures, and target populations delivers a strategy that can be aligned with business drivers and scorecards.


PROGRAMS

Creating multi-dimensional experiences that align to adult learning principles, engage leaders as teachers, and integrate with business projects, ensures that programs are designed with optimum impact. We advise on best practice assessment and profiling tools, delivering these as appropriate. We facilitate sessions for you and oversee the design of standalone or modular development programs with you.


WORKSHOPS

COACHING

Working with leaders and their sponsors, we design appropriate coaching interventions that meet the needs of each individual – development, career, transitional, or remedial. Our approach to coaching is to engage in a relational dialogue, supported by data from profiling and other internal feedback processes.
